·不同林齡森林土壤有機(jī)碳組分差異及其穩(wěn)定機(jī)制:對比研究幼齡林、中齡林、成熟林土壤中受微團(tuán)聚體保護(hù)的有機(jī)碳、礦質(zhì)結(jié)合有機(jī)碳和顆粒有機(jī)碳的差異,并結(jié)合土壤理化性質(zhì)及微生物群落分析有機(jī)碳穩(wěn)定機(jī)制

·森林中不同類型植被根際效應(yīng)差異:研究森林中喬木、灌木和草本植物以及內(nèi)生菌根和外生菌根植物的根際土與裸土的差異,分析不同植被對土壤性質(zhì)的影響差異

·土地利用變化對陸地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)溫室氣體排放的影響:測定不同土地利用方式的溫室氣體通量,分析其差異及機(jī)理
