   從事細(xì)胞生物學(xué)與動(dòng)物生態(tài)學(xué)的教學(xué)與研究工作。目前主要以輪蟲為研究對(duì)象,開展浮游動(dòng)物種群生態(tài)學(xué)和進(jìn)化生態(tài)學(xué)研究。先后承擔(dān)國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、安徽省自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、高校省級(jí)優(yōu)秀青年重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、高等學(xué)校優(yōu)秀青年人才基金項(xiàng)目、安徽省高校自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目和安徽師范大學(xué)博士啟動(dòng)基金項(xiàng)目,參與國家自然科學(xué)基金2項(xiàng),在國內(nèi)外刊物上發(fā)表研究論文十余篇。
