項(xiàng)賢領(lǐng),男,博士,必威教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,生態(tài)學(xué)系主任,生態(tài)學(xué)一級(jí)學(xué)科碩士點(diǎn)負(fù)責(zé)人,校“學(xué)術(shù)骨干”人才,中國(guó)海洋湖沼學(xué)會(huì)湖泊分會(huì)理事,安徽省“115”產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)成員,《生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)》編委。自2001年起在安徽師范大學(xué)從事生態(tài)學(xué)和進(jìn)化生物學(xué)教學(xué)和研究工作。近20年來(lái),主要開(kāi)展動(dòng)物種群遺傳學(xué)、系統(tǒng)地理學(xué)、生態(tài)毒理學(xué)和進(jìn)化生態(tài)學(xué)等研究。具體包括:(1)運(yùn)用分子系統(tǒng)學(xué)、種群遺傳學(xué)和譜系地理學(xué)等方法研究輪蟲(chóng)的系統(tǒng)發(fā)生關(guān)系和種群遺傳結(jié)構(gòu),探討環(huán)境因子對(duì)輪蟲(chóng)種群時(shí)空分布格局的影響;(2)采用分子生物學(xué)、高通量測(cè)序和組學(xué)技術(shù)等,探究輪蟲(chóng)有關(guān)基因在特定環(huán)境下的差異表達(dá)和適應(yīng)性進(jìn)化,從而揭示輪蟲(chóng)的物種形成、種群分化、生態(tài)適應(yīng)和快速進(jìn)化等機(jī)制;(3)探究環(huán)境中的敏感風(fēng)險(xiǎn)物質(zhì)對(duì)水生生物的生態(tài)毒理學(xué)效應(yīng)和機(jī)制;(4)致力于受損水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)與生態(tài)修復(fù),為水環(huán)境綜合治理提供技術(shù)支撐。
